im playing football, and need to gain probbaly 15-20 pounds.
however i would much rather prefer that those gains be muscle all the while continuing to pound down on my total body fat %.
so my question..how can i lose body fat AND gain weight substantially?
any supplements? routines? help please.

to lose weight- diet and exercise.
if you want to gain weight at the same time, stick a 20 lb dumbell in your back pocket!!

How old are you??
If you really wanna gain some weight quicky try taking up creatine(only if your 16+)
You'll gain some weight fast.. But about 80-90% of it will be water retention..
