Ok, I did some ahhhh...... research and I don't notice any problems so far. Although I have noticed that my hand cramps alot now. Does zinc deficiancy cause cramping in the hand?

I don't believe so but if things start turning blue and or become numb for long periods of time, I suggest you take a little break before something falls off or you get friction burn....or maybe your hand might become fused with your lower member.
