Whey in PPWO Meal?

Is is ok to have whey in my PPWO meal? It won't be my only protein source....I will be eating some canned tuna as well but can I drink some whey too?

sure. you can add whey to any meal to bring up the protein content

Yes - As LAM said, although whole food is (in my opinion) best (and is usually sufficient to supply your protein requirements)... Whey is fine if you need to resort to this to get your protein.
