GREAT! I'm starting to get use to the diet. I like this leaning out bit. I can't wait until August. I've been practicing my posing and I think I'm getting it down.. I'll have to post some new pics up. I started at 124lbs and I'm at 115lbs right now. I think I've kept all my muscle. But, of course I want more on the upper body.. But, I'll get that on my next bulking cylce.

Thanks. I'm hoping I'll get my Procard one of these days or even get my face around where I can be a fitness model.. Thank would be cool! I've got 6 1/2 weeks until my first show and I feel I'm really close like 2-3 weeks out.. So, I'm eating a hella lot of protein. For breakfast I eat 9 egg whites & 2 yolks and 1/4 cup of plain oats. YUM!
