How many carbs should I be eating?
I eat about 100g in the morning, and that's it. Too little? It keeps me energized throughout the day.

before cutting anything, the right thing to do is total up what you are currently eating that way you know how many cals it takes to maintain or lose weight. if you just drop your cals too low from the get go you will screw your metabolism up and losing weight will be much harder. the right way to cut is to gradually lower your cals as your weight loss slows or increase exercise through cardio.

p.s. as for what you are eating, we cant give advice when we dont know your age, gender, weight, height, phone number, shoe size, or anything else

It is better to spread you carb intake out thoughout the day, with no carbs within 4 hours of bed.

Affirmative..

I'm 6'1, 20 years old, I weigh 195 lbs now. I've gained 25 lbs since I started bulking, and I'm ready to lose the fat.

My calorie intake, when bulking, was roughly around 5000 calories a day. I've pretty much skimmed it down to 2800 a day, and cut out alot my carbs. (No more milk, or starchy breads)..

Give me a day to fully calculate my exact intake, and I'll post again.. Thanks for the response tho )

sounds like you have things under controll as far cals go. Since you are a
larger person I would say maybe dip down into the 2500 cal a day mark instead of the more common 2000-2200.
