I'm 6'1, 20 years old, I weigh 195 lbs now. I've gained 25 lbs since I started bulking, and I'm ready to lose the fat. My calorie intake, when bulking, was roughly around 5000 calories a day. I've pretty much skimmed it down to 2800 a day, and cut out alot my carbs. (No more milk, or starchy breads).. Give me a day to fully calculate my exact intake, and I'll post again..
