what oils are healthy other than olive/flax/fish etc... Theres many out there I was curious about... especially sesame, is this good? Its great for stir fry.

It partially depends on what you are getting in your diet in terms of omega-3, omega-6 levels...
eg: If your diet is really high in omega-6 fats then using an omega-6 rich oil is probably not the best option and a mono-unsaturated oil would be better...
But generally the options you have are:
- Avocado oil (rich in mono-unsaturated fats)
- Walnut oil (rich in poly-unsaturated - with both omega-3 and 6)
- Wheatgerm oil (higher in poly, esp omega-6)
- Almond oil (higher in mono-unsaturated)
[better on salads/drizzled over vegetables etc]
And also:
- Sesame oil (higher in poly-unsaturated fats - mainly omega-6)
- Sunflower and safflower oil (there get different types rich in different types of fat)
- Peanut oil (pretty even in terms of both mono and poly)
