Without all these carbs, I'm getting extremelly hungry.

Whats a good snack to munch on that'll keep me filled up? Because I can hardly wait 3 hours between eating my meals, and I'm not really that active lately.

I figure I'm doing more harm then good, because by the time I get hungry again, its about 1-1.5 hours after I eat.. and my normal meals average about 400 calories.

What am I doin wrong?

maybe you're not getting enough fats in at each meal, or just food in general. you may need to post your diet up though so we can get a better idea.

If we knew your diet we might be able to help.

You need more fat and also you need more protein from real food....

Ya, your first meal, alone, has 90g of carbs. Cucumbers and mushrooms are good to munch on. I cup of sliced cucumbers or sliced mushrooms has only 2g of carbs after you subtract the fiber content. They will keep you satiated between meals. But you are taking in a lot of carbs, despite what you think. You need to space out your carb intake, especially all that you are taking in with your first meal. My first meal always consists of 1/2 cup of oatmeal and a bunch of eggs. 1/2cup of oatmeal has 24g of carbs after subtracting fiber. A banana has 30g of sugars in it. I would cut out bananas, alltogether if you are trying to cut.

Alot of hunger is mental and also telling your brain that you are thirsty. So drink a glass or two of water before you head to the food.
