Whats a good snack to munch on that'll keep me filled up? Because I can hardly wait 3 hours between eating my meals, and I'm not really that active lately. I figure I'm doing more harm then good, because by the time I get hungry again, its about 1-1.5 hours after I eat.. and my normal meals average about 400 calories. What am I doing wrong? |
