I assume by drinking you mean alcohol. You would be correct in that yes, it only damages you. Its not loaded with protein, its poison. I had some last night, 4 ounces of wine.

i suggest you learn how to spell instead of drinking... becos

Actually I've read that having about four ounces of wine a day (or was it three times a week...) has a good effect on your heart. Could be true, could be wrong.

Yes, drinking too much and getting shitty sleep are likely to lead to shitty workouts.

Just try to get back into it. I don't usually lift the day after a heavy drinking night.

is binge drinking bad for your training goals? yes

should you stop drinking? depends on if the goals are more important than the good time

ive heard this too, anybody know anything about this topic?

I'd assume you could get the same effect by drinking a grape juice

Studies suggest that red wine helps to thin the blood resulting in better blood flow and less chance of clogged arteries.
