I want to start "Carb Cycling" (the article in the sticky by Twin Peaks.) Can anyone recommend good meals to eat and prepare, that have very close to zero carbs? Right now all I can come up with is a lot of eggs, and some whey mixed with water.. Today is my NO-CARB day and right now I'm basically just stuck eating eggs and a protein drink. I need around 37g of protein per meal. |
