I understand that its a sticky here so I can assume that they provides a good source of whey protein right? Just making sure that I am getting good quality whey because I have heard that some protein manufactureres lie about on their nutritional fact labels...

Ok I am planning ordering the natural concentrate (5lbs)... (it the natural concentrate a good source of whey)
I know it tastes like crap since no flavoring but I want to minimize the amount of artifical stuff i take in.

And I was think about the milk protein....not sure if I should just a 10 lb bag of whey or get the 5lb bag and the 2.5lb of milk protein...

Any suggestions guys

Thank you.

If you want good quality, I dont know why you're ordering whey concentrate. Why not isolate ?
