What's up folks:
I am a Captian in the Army in Colo Spgs. I am 34 and have been lifting for about 2 years now, 6'1" 230lbs 17%BF. I just went to watch my first natural bodybuilding show here. I loved it. I am hoping to gain as much knowledge as possible about natural bodybuilding so that I might compete as a novice in a show bby the beginning of next year.
