lol so true..... im like 3% body fat turning 15 next month but my bodyfat is due to ive always been that way from when i started lifting but ur so right there... but the thing with eating is if u work out enought i eat 2 pounds of steak a day+vegtables and everything and i gain mass gains and these muscle gains started as soon as i started eating... i know thats a lil non making sense but thats cause im listening to music and on the phone but i agree this is the best thing ive heard all night
