My wife has some bad arthritis (spelling) in her wrist. He had some surgery on it years ago, and recently it has gotten to the point where it hurts her to hold things, etc. Doctor says the cartalige (spelling) is gone, and only wants to give her shots, or more surgery to fuss the bones together.
I was wondering if there is anything that can be done to help her, supplements, cream, etc. Any suggestions are appriciated.
