Clenbuterol is a very interesting and remarkable compound. It is not a steroid hormone but a beta-2-symphatomimetic. Clenbuterol, above all, has a strong anti-catabolic effect, which means it decreases the rate at which protein is reduced in the muscle cell, consequently causing an enlargement of muscle cells.
what do you guys think of that?

if one was to run clen at maintenance cals could they expect to gradually shed fat and add muscle mass? or is that expecting too much from it?

or would it be best used in situations where cals are below maintenace to shed fat whilst maintaining muscle mass? and where cals are above maintenace to prevent excess fat gain? i would expect so

Works in mice, not humans that I've seen or heard.

It's a CNS stimulant for the most part, any androgenic sides are usually not seen in research.

ditto...in human models clen is not anabolic

I have read and been told more often that it is not anabolic, but anti-catabolic. From what Pirate has told me recently, he believes that even the anti-catabolic properties of clen are over-hyped.
