, I would do arms on its own day. Now that I don't have any time, I do bis with back and tris with chest. This way I get the benefits of preexhausting the muscle and thus am able to reduce the number of sets.

This is interesting. My arm growth seems to have hit a standstill over the last 6 months or so. And short of NOT training them, I've pretty much tried everything lately. I think I'll go to a push pull routine, and do minimal amounts of direct arm work....see how that goes.
