i have been getting cramp in my calves after playing soccer - could creatine be causing this? its only really started happening while iv been on creatine - coincidence maybe?

Have you increased your water consumption since starting the creatine? If not, that could be the source of your problem.

yeah, im drinking water throughout the day but i played football the other night for 60mins without so maybe that could be it. i also tend to get cramp when swimming too - dont know if its the cold water?
