5g once a day, or 5g twice a day?? and do I really need to cycle it?

With creatine mono. I whould go with 20g a day in 5g servings as far as cycling it, some people do 3 days on 3 days off. I have personally never done this but have heard from others that this works. I personally go about 6 to 8 weeks on at a time then I will take a few weeks off.

You don't really need to cycle it. If you do have creatine monohydrate(which I would not suggest), you need at least 5g pre- and post-workout. You could take it first thing in the morning and later at night on top of that.
For better results, I would suggest Creatine Ethyl Ester. You only need to take 3g of that at a time. You can get it very cheap in bulk at www.CustomNutritionWarehouse.com.
