soreness

I have been working out seriously for about 2 years..workout out regularly and eating well - im 22 .....

i have gotten sore, extremely sore- after almost every single workout... for example over the past 2 years there has not been one single chest workout that i have not been sore for about 4-5 days after ( i work out every muscle once a week). I know soreness doesnt mean hypertrophy but what could the reason to this be? could it be a problem?
every week .. approx.
chest (8)
back (8)
triceps(5-6)
biceps (4-5)
shoulders (3-5)
legs(8)

everytime i do a hard chest workout i get sore....and i been training for 6 years....i wouldnt worry about it if i were you....its probably something to do with your muscle bellies and they are prone to doms...as long as you are getting the results you desire you should be ok...

im the same to i get sore after every chest workout as well and i have been working out for just about 5 years

I have always been like that too. I get sore after every single workout, which means I'm pretty much sore ALL the time. It got a little better though once I started taking creatine. I noticed a huge difference if I stop taking it, I immediately get sore all over.

Some people naturally produce more lactate. No big deal.

I don't get sore after my workouts anymore. Maybe because I do fifteen reps per exercise including my warm up, but as long as I'm still making gains, I'm happy.
