The outer head of my bicep is starting to lack a little and isnt quite up to par with the rest of my arm, its not real bad but i dont want it to get much worse, and i was wondering if there are any grips/movements that put more emphasis on the outer head of the bicep. thanks.

hammer curls

using a closer grip rather than wider is supposed to use more emphasis on the outer head. hammer curls work well as well as a reverse curl. ive been doing reverse E-Z preacher curls and that works well.

You cannot separately work the inner and outer heads of your bicep. Functionally, they are one muscle.

na, if you look at an anatomy chart, its clear they are different, and have their own insertion points. im pretty sure that you can to a very small effect isolate them. but it wouldnt even be to noticable, i suppose. its more benificial to try to develope the brachialis. thats what will add width to your arms.

Actually, they share the same insertion points, but they have a different origin. Elbow flexion causes both heads to become active. Different inseration and/or points of origin are not necessarily indicative of being able to isolate one another.
