I need energy to workout...I was using No-xplode..but I already finished it....and I wanna know if theres anything better before I buy more NO-Xplode....and I'm gonna buy some whey protein(prolly Opitmal Nutrition) too....what yall think?

Protein will help carry you through your workout, but it's not going to give you any kind of surge. E/C/A stack will.

E/C/A....whats that?.......and the whey protein u take after ur workout right?.....its cause I workout after I get out of work then I go to sleep.....so I need energy to have a good workout cause I come out tired from work.

E/C/A = Ephedrine, Caffiene, Aspirin. I only really take whey protein post workout, not pre. You're better off with a real protein and carb meal.

Ephederine/Caffeine/Aspirin. Search will yield lots of info on that. There are also lots of energy drinks that will give you a pre-workout surge. I heard Evander Holyfield say once that high carb sports drinks didn't help him make it through his workouts. He needed protein to carry him through. I have tried adding a scoop of whey to a powerade and drinking that while I lift and at least for me I think it makes a positive difference.

And yes on protein after your workout. Within one hour, get your creatine and protein down, with some carbs. If you don't feed your muscles when they need it, they will cannabolize other muscle tissue in your body for protein.

Green tea extract and CEE.

Energy comes from eating right and being properly hydrated. If you need an extra boost try a cup of coffee....................and ephadra ( I don't recommend ephadra) if you have too.
