i also wouldnt agree with 3-4 percent body fat thats compititon bf... you should be around 10% healthy or like 7-10 but not 3-4 all the time

You're 14, you have a lot to learn in bbing and you don't need to take any supplements soon to see results. Don't take anything that could mess up your hormone level. Stick around and learn about training, nutrition and all others things about bodybuilding. Next you could think about taking whey, creatine and others stuff, but dont even think about hormone.
