What do I need to do in order to get like this?

So I know this guy is probably about my height, 5'9 but is definatly more than the 150lbs that I weight. I want to know, what do I need basically mimic the body type this guy has. Right now, I am only 150lbs and toned, I want to have his body type, and I will need to add on a lot of weight, how will this work?

start a weight lifting program, as well as a boxing program...

Eat LOTS of food. Eat past the point of satiety. Eat more. Go to the diet & nutrition forum and start reading. Knowledge is your friend.

Beyond that, just focus on lifting hard and heavy. Don't think wrist curls and 1000 crunches 7 days per week will do it. Go squat, deadlift, bench press, and row. Stuff like that.

That guy is not that big really. His physique should be attainable for anyone, even with shittty genetics.

i agree with the guys that posted before me, eat like a mad man and get on a solid weight training program and grow!
