Week1: 1000mg test e
week1: 400mg deca
week 2 t/m 11: 500mg test e
week 2 t/m 10: 400mg deca
week 3 en week 4: 25mg proviron ed
week 5 t/m 10:50mg proviron ed
week 8 t/m 13: 50mg winstrol depot eod
week 3 t/m 9: 500iv hcg 1x pw
week 10 t/m 13 500iv hcg 2x pw
week 4 t/m 10: o.5 liquidex (arimidex) ed

after:

week 14: 40mg nolvadex en 100mg clomid
week 15: 40mg nolvadex en 50mg clomid
week 16: 20mg nolvadex en 50mg clomid

hmm mabey i am not clear enough, i mean from week 3 till 9 500iv hcg 1x pw

and then from 10 t/m 13 1000iv pw

i have put on a little weight since, 10kg i had a fat% off 5 i was doing a show

Personally, I would run the test another week to give the Deca time to clear.
The only other comment would be why run both proviron and adex. I would go with just one of the two.
