Bear in mind the pain I feel isnt terrible. In fact, I am able to continue my workouts regardless of the pain. And I suppose I should call the pain just a mere discomfort. Ive spoken to older guys who have worked out longer than I have, plus have jobs that require labor and they have stories on injuring their shoulders as well. They talk about extreme pain, surgery, not lifting for months, etc. I doubt I am knocking on a surgeon's door, but I do feel like I am walking this path. |
