Well, I came across this site in my research of some supplements.
AGE: 22
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 140
I have been on and off the training thing for a few years. and have made gains and losses. I say on and off due to school, work, or health related breaks. I am trying to get back into my groove of things.
I know that this has been posted about, but most of them are a little old. I just ordered 240mL bottle of VPX Sports' Redline. What is your current opinion about it and how does it compare to other fat burners?
While I know it is somewhat impossible, I need to lose some fat, but bulk up a little--any suggestions. I do cardio for 30min to an hr 3-5 days a week. Do what I can with weights. Not the best routine, but it has only been a few weeks and I am starting to see a little difference. GOTTA FLY
