So it is hardly going to 'break the bank'. In terms of putting it into your diet (and this goes for carrots as well) - If you are just 'dieting' then it is fine. But just like anything else it should be counted towards your daily totals because, at the end of the day, the calories will count. If you are cutting for a competition then, most would suggest you cut it out. |
