you have hit a plateau, go to the diet/nutrition forum for help. i was wondering if "miracle" diet pills like Lipo-6, Hot Rox,Thermalean and Hydroxy cut A)actually work, and B) if it would be safe to take something like that at 16. no, at 16 you do not need them, and yes they can help but don't think that by taking a supplement like this all of a sudden you will drop the remaining weight. continue to focus on proper diet and exercise. ive read somewhere that u shouldn't take if ur under 18, but this guy at the local nutrition place told me it would be fine. any suggestions/info? if this guy is advising teens to use weight loss products he is either an idiot or he his just trying to sell it to you, or both. also, I would be very curious to know the details of how you lost the weight, if you did it incorrectly that would explain your current plateau |
