I have gone from 200 lbs to about 140 lbs in a couple of months, but now my weight loss has seemed to slow down a ton the last month. I was stuck at 146 lbs for about a month, but finally got past it about a week ago when I started taking the protein shakes. My diet consists of: BKF: Protein shake and a cup size of Special K w/ skim milk Snack: A bowl of fruit Lnch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich or Tuna Post Workout: Protein shake Dinner: Usually either Beef tips, Pasta, or Chicken Bed: Protein Shake I get around 1500 kal a day and do cardio for 45mins and weight train everyday on a different muscle group each day. Any help with where I might be going wrong or how I can improve on my diet would very helpful. I am really trying to get down to around 135 lbs by end of August before I go on my trip. |

I'm not to sure on what to eat or how many calories I should be having, but I guess if I am putting on muscle it is ok to maybe eat a little more. 1500 kal a day seems to have been working for me up until now. Any tips?
