I read a post a while ago that an "all liquid" diet is bad. Why is that? I guess if you are pre show dieting and go keto I can understand, but if thats a special scenario diet, what is most effective to get it off and keep it off?

For a bodybuilder an all liquid diet is a killer. We need large amounts of protein just to repair muscle tisue that is used in a workout, not to mention fat to metabolize that protein.

I have read of a 3 day split vegetable juice diet, but this is used on off season to clense the body of supplements and chemicals.
