A cheap way to increase cals is to eat a half a natty peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread with a glass of low fat milk twice a day. That is probibly like $10.00 per week. It will increase your daily cals with protien, fat and carbs.
If you want to limit your fat intake, you can add a whey shake twice a day (with water or milk) to your current diet. |
