Hello, I am a 24/m and have been working out for about a year and half. I started out at about 150 and am up to around 190 now. Body fat is a bit higher than I would like (16-17%) but I will work on that soon. I am entering the 6th week of my first 1test/4ad cycle today. I found this forum through a web search and like what I see here...surprised I haven't come across it sooner. I am a daily poster over at BN and occasionally post over at AM. Looking forward to getting to know some of you guys. One thing I REALLY like about this forum is its the first one with a spell checker!
