4 times per day... drink 1 Cu milk, w/ 1 scoop Whey, and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil... and then 1 Cu milk w/ 0.5 Cu oats. Per day this would add up to like 2400 or so cals... all from milk, whey, oats, olive oil... and then just eat to fill in the missing 1600. I can see myself sticking to this "diet" so much easier. Will this do anything bad to me? Per day, just from milk, whey, oats, EVOO, these would be my totals excluding the other foods i'd eat... 2480 Cals 72g F 260g C 212g P Then all I need is alot more carbs and a little more fat and protein. This also works out cheap... like $20 bucks a week as far as the milk and whey. Comments? |
