Will this diet kill me? :)

I keep slacking or getting distracted or SOMETHING... and being inconsistent with my 4000cal goal per day. I am thinking about trying for a while to do this...

4 times per day... drink 1 Cu milk, w/ 1 scoop Whey, and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil... and then 1 Cu milk w/ 0.5 Cu oats. Per day this would add up to like 2400 or so cals... all from milk, whey, oats, olive oil... and then just eat to fill in the missing 1600. I can see myself sticking to this "diet" so much easier. Will this do anything bad to me?

Per day, just from milk, whey, oats, EVOO, these would be my totals excluding the other foods i'd eat...

2480 Cals
72g F
260g C
212g P

Then all I need is alot more carbs and a little more fat and protein. This also works out cheap... like $20 bucks a week as far as the milk and whey.

Comments?

theres nothing wrong with that if you need to get in the cals and cant eat it... but how does milk/whey/olive oil taste? i cant imagine.... maybe 2 tbsp pb would taste a little better.

btw, if your gonna use protein powder as a staple mrp, you may want to change it up to casein... or use cottage cheese. Just a thought.

I DESPISE cottage cheese or I would... maybe I'll pick up some casein... we'll see. Won't the olive oil fat help some in slowing the whey digestion?

Also... I had only tasted EVOO one time, and thought I hated it... but when I mix 1 Cu Braum's FF Milk (THE BEST!!) with 1 Scoop Whey and 1Tbsp Olive Oil... I HARDLY NOTICE IT... doesn't bother me at all... I was REALLY surprised.

O also... isn't milk protein 80% casein? That Braum's FF milk is 120 cals, 18g C, and 12g P per Cup... as opposed to something like 90-12/8 for most FF milks. So @ 2Cu of that milk with each of these "meals"... that is 24g protein x 0.8 casein... wouldn't that work out to 19.2g casein from the milk?

your right... i guess i overlooked that. Good on you, way to really think it out. I think you would do well using that inbetween meals.

wish I had the guts to really pack down some serious weight gainers in between my meals.

I know what you mean man... maybe try a little EVOO sometime in ur milk/whey... it's another 120cals and 14 good grams of fat. I HATE most weight gain recipes people suggest... I tried blending oats and stuff in whey and milk and pb... yuck. I will just drink 1 cu milk w/ whey and evoo... and then eat 1/2cu quick oats SEPERATELY in another cup of milk.

hey bro, if you blend up the cottage cheese with the milk, oats, cinn. , olive oil and ice, it makes a nice thick shake, like a milk shake, and you don't even taste the cott. cheese. Add some splenda too for sweetness. or you could do that all, minus the oats and it will still prolly be good and eat the oats seperate.

Not a good idea, over 50 percent of your carbs would come from sugar.
