HCG post cycle question

after a solid 12 weeker on Test Cyp, what do you guys recommend as far as HCG dosage and when? Im thinking day after the last shot, for two weeks at 750IU or so every other day... then start nolva for 4 weeks...

what do yall think

It is better to start the HCG about 2 or 3 weeks into the cycle to prevent testicular atrophy. You can go with 250iu E3D or so. It is better to keep them up to size than to try to blitz them back up at the end of the cycle. You run the risk of many sides from high levels of HCG all at once if you try to do high doses at the end.

I did a 12 week of test e/EQ and started HCG in week 3 with 500IU E3D and upped it when needed and it worked fine for me but I dropped it with the test and didn't run it into PCT. And I needed more than 4 weeks of PCT after my cycle.
