Unless I am dieting. Then I eat the normal amount and I just skip the post workout shake.

I make up for some of the carbs in my pwo with extra fats on my off days, but i still keepit within 100cals.

if your building muscle!! of course in your off days your body is repairing itself - building muscle and will therefore need all essential macronutrients!

I eat about 350 cals less on off days - the only difference is that I don't have my pwo shake on off days. Imo, I figure I burn about 350 cals on workout days (because of the workout) so in essence I'm eating the same "level" of calories above maintinance on off days and workout days...but yeah, I know plenty of people eat the exact same number of cals on workout days and off days.
