8 week cutter with no refeeds??

I am natural and lost about 100 pounds over the past couple years. I bulked a little recently and got to 185 from 172. I am on a 1 on 1 off split with morning cardio every morning. I am getting 12 x weight on lift days and 11 on non lift days. I eat only protein good fat meals all the time except for the 2 meals after a workout, then I take in 50 grams eachmeal. I have been doing this for a week and feel great with strength gains. Today I feel kind of frail and flat. Will it be bad to go another 7 weeks without a high carb day? I used a cheat day every Sunday to lose weight but I want to lose fat now, is that different? I can EASILY put down 6-8000 calories of carbs down on a refeed. I can make it from oats and yams or refined stuff. What should I do. Let me know soon, that day might be tommorow becasue it is a scheduled day off.

It is hard to tell becasue of loose skin but I feel alot of bones on my body, especialy ribs. You can see every rib when my shirt is off. I would say about 14% or so.

@14%, I believe you should still be re-feeding about once per week.
