hows this diet?

8:00am- 3 egg whites, cub of brown rice (left over from last night), fruit, multi-v, EFA, CoQ10

10:00am- oatmeal with peanut butter(1 teaspoon) and skim milk

12:30pm- chicken wholewheat wrap, w/lettuce tomatoes, tomatoe paste, fatfree swiss cheese.

3:30pm- repeat of 10:00am

4:30pm- oatmeal with eggwhites, 10- 14 almonds, piece of fruit

5:30pm- workout

7:30- pwo banana, whey protein, oats

9:30pm- brown rice, chicken or fish, veggies, small fruit

11:30pm- oats and peanutbutter

12:30am- cottage cheese and 1tsp of whole fruit jam or skim milk

I've been doing it for awhile, im leaning out but cant seem to put on weight. matabalism probably too high.

well if you're leaning out, I take it you're losing weight. You can't lose weight and gain weight at the same time. If you want to gain weight you have to eat more cals. Do you know how many this is now? First off your 10 330 and 1130 meals need some complete protein. Be it chicken, tuna, eggs, whatever, just get it in there. o and lose the jam before bed. thier is no need to go spiking your blood sugar like that, esp. right before bed.
Remeber these:
1 to 1.5g protein per LBM
around 25 or 30% of cals from fat.
Fill the rest in with carbs or a mix of all of em.
