I have been chosen to model/pose while greeting customers at a *certain* retail store. We have a greet weekend, and I have to do this with no shirt on.
2 weeks isn't very much time. I'm thinking to cut sodium, drop carbs, keep lifting heavy, and do alot of HIIT cardio. Is there anything else I should consider? I have no money for extra supplements.

how do you do on keto diets ? could be an option. I would definetly do some form of HIIT cardio, sprints, etc.

I too would do a ketogenic diet and some HIIT cardio.
