How much size do you have? That is hardly any food, especially for right after working out.

aim for 30-40 grams of protein
70-100 grams of carbs (simple and complex carbs)
add some fish caps

eat another meal an hour later

Try and workout earlier in the day. Problem solved. Then you can eat more food.

If there is at least 30-60 minutes after your workout before you sleep, I would suggest consuming whey and a carb source immediately after the workout. If you don't like the idea of buying supplements, then egg whites are a great alternative. Then, I would consume some cottage cheese and healthy fats after the 30-60 minutes right before sleeping.

If you really don't have any time at all after working out before you goto sleep, then all I would do is replace that fruit with something else; I would also eat more fat, whether it be more fish oil caps or something else is up to you. The sugars in fruit do much to replace liver glycogen. However, you want to replenish muscle glycogen stores after a workout.

I don't think you would need the fish oils, move them to another meal. You don't need fat post workout. I think you would need more carbs though, especially if it was a really intense weight workout.

ditto...I would at least try to workout at a time which allows you to come home have a decent PWO shake and then eat another meal before bedtime.

personally training right before bed would totally fuck up the little sleep that I already get
