Hello everyone, My name's Ralf, and i'm always very concerned about how I look. And I think im a tiny guy, and I want to get bigger. Right now I weigh 165lbs, im 5'10", im 18 and some measurements are..

Upper arm - 13.3"
Lower arm - 12.2"
Waist - 32"
Chest - 37"
Lower leg - 15.3"
Upper leg - 21.5"

What is the average measurements of a guy my size? When putting together a diet, should I avoid Tuna? I was told it's full of cholesterol and alot of mercury..I was told you may be more prone to giving up if you workout more towards the evening...true, false?..I also read about Combat Conditioning and that it has a better effect to build strength endurance and flexibility than weight training. ...Hmm?

Im not sure how big everything else should be in proportion to everything else, but to give you an idea, I want to bring my arms up to 16.5" and everything else bigger too or i'd end up lookn a bit silly in the end=P. I can't afford to go to a gym right now, but I have some dumbells with me....Ive been looking at what excercises I can do with what i've got..uhmm help with chest excercises?

lay back on a bench, and press them. You really need to get a job and a gym membership, though

ALSO, dont worry about proportions, just lift hard, and eat big.
