Carbs are not bad for you. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you need some carbs.

If your bulking, you want carbs (simple and complex) and if your cutting you still want carbs. State some more of your goals and stats. Are you a serious bodybuilder, an overweight person looking to lose weight, in contest prep?

you need to break the 2500 cals down into protein, carbs, and fats. you cant just eat 2500 cals of anything per day. what you eat is just as important as how much you eat.

Little more complicated than that. Carbs are fine, you just have to choose the right carbs.
