is milled brown rice good? i bought 20lbs today. i have a feeling its not the regular ones that has more fiber in it. the one i got has 2 grams.

milled is fine i believe. as long as its long grain brown rice your all good.

whats wrong with short grain? arent they both have the same content? its clearly brown rice that i got (the shell is still there), but i believe its short grain cause they look little fat rice.

http://www.easychef.com/differentrice/drice.html here check out this site and determine what kind of rice you have. According to this place, milled rice is white rice. Maybe you got tricked and bout dyed rice, cause brown rice should have 6g fiber per serv.
