Hey im new to this board! This seem like a really awesome, supportive board so i decided to try this board out
My goal is to lose 5-7 lbs and tone up my body. Im currently 107, but i want to get down to 100-102 lbs.
I used to be 120-122 lbs but ive lost 12 lbs! Please, if you have any suggestion how to make me lose 5-7 lbs fast, let me know! Id love to hear from you...
FYI, I hate all seafoods or vegetables!

how tall are you? and welcome. there is a lot of good info and advice here but also some very smart and caring people who will help you to do things the healthy way. is this a realistic and healthy goal for you? i'm 5' 9, i'd look like walking death at 102lbs.
