What is the fastest way to get rid of stomach fat?‎
Do you exercise everyday? I go day ON and day Off for setups,...etc‎

And yea I found this site http://www.bestabs.com/. I think it has a good home exercises.‎

Loosing fat is more about diet.

I'm not fat. I'm 150lb and trying to bulk up. The thing is that I need to keep reducing my ‎stomach fat as needed while bulking, dunno if that’s possible. It's the only thing that I ‎need to work out now.‎The only thing that bugs me

Can't run or cardio cause I will burn my progress easy, as they say.‎

I try to work on different abs exercises for many 50 reps, hoping to lose some fat. Is there ‎a better way? Advice me please.‎

You cant spot reduce. Doing a whole bunch of ab exercises will not help to speed up burning fat in the midsection.

Don't worry about defining a six pack when you're bulking. It's pointless. Put on the mass and later worry about cutting. Trying to cut while bulking will get you nowhere. Don't neglect working out your abs while bulking that way when you cut they be ready to show off when you get rid of the fat layer. I stopped all cardio while I was bulking. My goal was to take in 3k calories a day. It paid off as I now weigh 200 pounds (gained 15 pounds).

Trying to get cut while bulking will get you nowhere. Either bulk or cut, then when your at the size you want, then either bulk up if you cut, or cut up if you bulked. I probably couldve worded that better, but you'll get my drift.

We went through this last week with another post. again your not going to bulk and lose the stomach fat. Either lose the stomach fat first and then bulk or bulk and then cut. Very simple

Besides, I find bicycle maneuvers to be an excellent ab exercise (better than sit ups or crunches ever were for me). They work the abs and obliques, which is nice to find in an exercise.
