Jesus.. I was eating when I read that and it made me gag... I think its cool as shit, and would probably try it. If they can alter the nutrients, it would be a much more effective way of eating.

like the article said. You can have meats with more omega 3's than 6's and you wouldn't have to eating certain fish, and some beef, or supplement to get the 3's. It's still kinda gross tho, could you imagine.
