Here is an example of my most crazy cycle.....I was 6'1 and 260....10.5% body fat

1000mg test a week, 600 deca a week, 76mg tren 3x a week.....and 50 mg anadrol the last 3 weeks of my cycle........( 10 weeks total cycle)

all the pros I knew laughed at me for such a pussy cycle...
that scared me to death.....they all said....do 2000-4000mg test a week, 2000mg deca, 150-300 anadrol a day and 18 IU GH 6 days a week....

I wanted to go pro, but apart from lacking the genetics, I just couldnt stand putting my body through such shit year after year. Plus, as Foreman has pointed out, the cycles get pretty excessive. And as an amateur, you still gotta work your ass off to pay for food, supps, juice etc. When I was younger, I used to find training fun, but when I had to break everything down to an exact science, it became exhausting.

But to all you budding young BB'ers, good luck.

when it was saying how the guy was taking insulin...and speed/cocaine.... i was like wtf? i guess i was totally naive to how bad it was. of course i always did wonder how they trained like shit and got that big..

arent u worried bout what ur doing to your body foreman? i would never go past supplements, i keep them low as well. you really need to look at your priorities!

That was one of only two crazy cycles I did.......other than that all I would do was 8 weeks of deca 400mg and test 400mg.

Plus my last cycle was 3 years ago..........I decided to stop for a long time and in the future if I did any steroids again it would be only one or two short low dose cycles a year .

The only thing I need to worry about on my cycles is gyno. I'll have to keep an eye on it. And as for supplements, there is nothing with them at all. They get a bad rap in the media and people automatically assume that because the nutrients arent delivered in food form theyre bad for you.
