Pre-workout shake?

Does anyone have any ideas on maybe a shake or something for preworkout?

All suggestions welcome!

History:

Lately, I have been on a deca/test 400 cycle for five weeks and when I get home from work I am stressed and exhausted. My diet is good I'm eating about 6-8 meals a day, 240gm protein a day, and 240+gms of carbs. I don't know what has happened to me but I am just tired when I get home. My training routine is fine.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Cutting or bulking - If your bulking, raise those carbs. 240 just isnt enough. I'd suggest going north of the 400g mark. Make sure you're taking in enough water: most people don't consume enough water while juicing.

I do a a bowl of spaghetti. I'm not juicing though. And yes I'm a 180lbs and I do about 240carbs a day.
