Chest concerns

im a guy, and yeah im fairly big, but not morbidly obese or anything. And this is kinda embarrasing, i have a firm chest from lots of chest exercises, but my nipples are like pointy? so when i put on a tee, it looks bad, doesnt show my firm chest Mind you im only 15, do u think it'll go away or am i screwed?
