I did my triceps yesterday. I did 3 set of dips. 10 reps each. when i was doing it it felt a little wierd in my front deltoids but i didnt think anything of it. After the workout everything felt okay. This morning I was getting ready for work and I raised my arm and i felt a stinging pain thru my front deltoids. now everytime i raise my arm i feel the same pain. Today is my off day. Should i keep working out starting tomorrow or should i take a few days off. what do you guys think. ps. I also worked out my deltoids(front, mid, rear) before i did the dips. |
