Ok I have a trainer that has cought me 2 times accidently coming in 2 days in a row working out.Now honestly I have thought of working out 5 days in a row then day 6 doing cardio. If i remember right this is what would probably be considered HIIT.So if I do this and he points out that I shouldnt, Im going to tell him im trying something new.So is it ok for me to do this since it will be 24 hours between workout? Is this what would be considered HIIT?Is it ok if I give this a try to see how well I can do this? Im sure he is doing what he was taught but I want to make sure that it is safe and that I am right on the questiosn above.
Thanx alot everyone

What are you goals, age?
Training every day isn't HIT, in most cases its over training and depending on what your trying to achieve, isn't a good idea most of the time.
And, not saying your trainer isn't any good, its true some don't know shit.

your probably overtraining. stick to 3-4 days a week.
