thursday: BREAK
friday:back-tricepts

my question is.......when working 2 bodyparts on the same day, do u guys think it would be better to wait 2 days instead of 1 between workouts. my workouts last about 2h15 min on average. my leg and shoulder takes about half an hour longer.

do u think i would gain more MASS this way????

How do you feel on Saturday? Let your body tell you what it can take. Personally, I used to train 8 hours per week and ended up going nowhere. Now I train 3 hours per week and I'm growing like a weed.
Here's my split:
Monday - Chest, shoulders, bis
Tues - rest
Wednesday - legs
Thurs - rest
Friday - Back, tris, forearms
Sat & Sun - rest

You're spending an awful lot of time in the gym. Are you spending just as much time actually resting and eating? Mass is grown outside the gym, not in.

I think your in the gym to long to, I loose my intensity after about 45 min. I'd work more for quality not quantity and I think you'll see better gains.
Your days look fine BTW.

I agree with everyone else, you spend too much time in the gym. my workouts range from 50- 70 mins.

I also agree, your work-out duration is too long, try and keep it at 60 minutes.
Also, I would add one more rest day if you're trying to gain size.

why don't you try this for a change?
MON--chest,biceps,triceps TUE---cardio,abs
WED--legs (working legs hard enough should waste you)
THUR--rest
FRI---back,shoulders

If you are trying to gain some weight, eat more!

You may want to do a slight Mod to you're work out.
The following complement each other.
On Chest day include Tri's.
On Back Day include Bi's
Also keep a log of you're progress, this will help in figuring out what does and doesn't works for you.
